VAELAI  LEARNING SYSTEM
VAELAI courses are performance, not lecture courses. Replete with simulated and interactive learning activities, VAELAI advocates what it calls the PEAC (as in peak) Learning Methodology. The acronym stands for a learning process that is:

Rationale
Each training models being used caters to the specific needs of the participants. For example, while the Audio Lingual Method trains them on being accurate on the verbal aspects in a more personalized manner, Suggestopedia helps them react to different situations through simulation of scenarios they would come across in their day-to-day working. The Communicative Approach gives them the freedom to use different skills and verbalize their views at will.

A good blend of these adult learning techniques helps optimize the learning process making it conducive for all participants to get the maximum benefit out of each session.
